Ready-to-use capsule filters for reliable performance
C1-C10 capsule filters
Capsule filters provide reliable and efficient removal of microorganisms and particles in atmospheric applications such as ventilation and in pressurized applications. Manufactured using pleated filter media made from various materials, these filters are integrated into a polypropylene housing with inlet/outlet and drain/vent connections. They are available in a variety of grades, including liquid and gas sterilization. They are approved, self-contained, ready-to-use, and disposable filters that provide reliable and efficient filtration in many pharmaceutical, medical, and food applications. Designed to meet a wide range of requirements, from R&D to production. Applications include injection solutions, gas filtration, biological fluids, buffer solutions, and cleaning and disinfection solutions.
Key Features
We offer a wide range of capsule sizes and media options to meet your needs. Self-contained capsules are ready-to-use and eliminate the need for cleaning verification requirements compared to traditional filter cartridges and housings. Depending on the application requirements, we offer the appropriate filter media, and since the entire structure is thermally bonded, adhesives and binders are not required. Installation is clean and quick thanks to the sanitary flange and hose connections, making it easy to get your process back online.
0.2 µm Capsule Filters
Our capsule filters are available in liquid and gas sterilization grades, and we also offer particle depth filters for non-sterile applications and for the removal of common contaminants. Our sterilization grade capsules undergo rigorous manufacturing procedures, including post-production integrity testing, so you can trust our products to deliver reliable and guaranteed performance. Each capsule filter can be steam sterilized in an autoclave. The actual cycle count will vary depending on the media type selected. Our capsule filter range meets all requirements of USP grades, as well as FDA and EU regulations for indirect food contact.
